First one off the Slipway

It may be just wood, paper, putty, cocktail sticks and a little bit of brown paint but she is a little beauty in my eyes (see below):


It also is cheap and designed to be built in bulk. I just need about another forty of these. Watch this space!

My...my...my! What a terrific little model and all made from bits and pieces. Are you planning to do a large naval action like Trafalgar? Have you given any consideration to showing the rest of us landlubbers the step by step process that led you to such a little classic?

The ships are intended for the Battles of the Anglo Dutch Wars C17th rather than C18th century but IMHO I think they would do for both
